Any Cancellation/No Show fee is
75% of your service booked.
Plus a service fee by gloss genius.
If the cancellation fee goes unpaid,
You will be banned from booking appointments until the amount is paid in full !!!
If you try to dispute a cancellation fee
You will automatically be banned for good.
There are absolutely no exceptions.
